The hotel had a modern and very clean ambiance with really comfy beds and helpful staff. However, the attempt to access the room early before check-out was a bit off. The location is great for exploring the downtown area but has limited parking spots for guests.

The hotel was a bit of a trek from the lift and up some stairs but was fair overall. The room was dusty and lacked scenic views, with no controls for heating or cooling options. The service was helpful, especially with free street parking info, and the girl in the bar area was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The location was convenient, blending heritage features with modern upgrades, though the influx of homeless/drug-affected individuals nearby could be a concern. The dining experience was great for breakfast, better than any other continental options experienced before, but it felt like they didn't want to provide breakfast. The facilities were decent overall.
